Artist's Statement: "Decorative ceramics is my favorite media. I chose clay as a material for my contemporary creations based on my impression of the old petroglyphs. I interpret these decorative, simple, and clear images as a message to us from people who lived in this land a long time before us. Using different elements and symbols from the rock drawings in each of my ceramic creations, I intend to reflect and bring back the daily life of the ancient people. Their warm, simple, and clear style makes my creations suitable for every contemporary interior. It brings to you a powerful echo from the past and a minute of silence in our busy daily lives."
