discover this company as I live in New Mexico and love to send items from this
Enchanted Land to friends and family who live elsewhere. Previously I had to
search for such specialty gift items through individual stores in the nearest
shopping locations, a 130-mile round trip from where I live, whenever I could
find the time between jobs to do that. Then came the gift-wrapping and packaging
for shipping, then trips to the Post Office, etc.
MadeInNewMexico.com solved all those dilemmas for me and a follow-up with my
recipients verified that the items I chose as I created my own gift boxes were
beautifully boxed with lovely bows just as the website pictures presented. Then
came the shipping challenge they accepted as I had procrastinated the task until
December 14 and after. Their website did explain very thoroughly the various
deadlines for arrival in time for Christmas. They sent totally informative
e-mail messages and even offered a link to each sale for shipping confirmation
follow-up.
True to their website statement they quickly answered each and every e-mail I
sent asking for information, and even when I had to ask them to revise a message
to be included for a family member!
