Bryant Martinez was born in To’hajiilee, NM in 1983. He is a self-taught silversmith and has been training himself for the past six years with tools he inherited from his mother. He describes his work as "saw cut."

Bryant is from the Water Edge (Mom) and Sage Brush (Dad) Clans of the Navajo people. He wants to learn more about his traditions and to pass on his skills to the next generation. When people respond positively to his art, “it makes me feel good inside,” he says.
