Santa Fe Seasons Soup Bases

Now you can make this flavorful, hearty soup in the comfort of your own kitchen by using this easy base and adding a few simple ingredients. Hearty, savory and delicious! The Green Chile Soup Base is blended with plenty of Hatch Green Chile.  Ingredients: Green Chile Chicken Soup Base, Dehydrated Green Chile, Onion and Garlic. 9.6 ounces.   Ingredients: Red Chile Chicken Soup Base, Dehydrated Red Chile, Onion and Garlic. 9.6 ounces. 

Soup Recipes:

Green Chile Chicken Soup Base: This one comes blended with plenty of Hatch, New Mexico Green Chile right in the mix. Also comes with a recipe for our Famous Green Chile Chicken Soup. Or you can come up with your own recipe. Green Chile Chicken Soup: 1/2 cup Green Chile Chicken Soup Base, 1 lb. cooked chicken meat, 3 cups diced canned tomatoes, 6-8 chopped red potatoes with skins, 1 quart chicken broth 1 quart water. Bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Red Chile Chicken Soup Base: You can't have green chile without red chile, right? This ingenious soup base is blended with Hatch, New Mexico Red Chile and comes with a simple yet delicious recipe for Chicken Enchilada Soup. Feel free to experiment! Chicken Enchilada Soup: 1/3 cup Red Chile Chicken Soup Base, 1 lb. cooked chicken meat, 3 cups diced canned tomatoes, 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, 8-10 fresh corn tortillas chopped, 1 quart chicken broth 1 quart water. Bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
