Our "Forever Guarantee"
If you’re not satisfied with a purchase you made from our catalog, return it
within 30 days for a full refund, or at anytime for an online store credit.
There are just 4 conditions to our Forever Guarantee:
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and you must pay for the return
shipping, unless the return is the result of our error.
- Sale items and orders of 10 or more of the exact same item are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
- The product you return must be in “as new,” resalable condition. (If your
item simply needs repair, most of our artists and craftspeople offer warranty
and repair services. Contact Us for more
information.) If you return an item in a condition that prevents us from
reselling it as new, a 25% charge will apply…we’re a very small company and
can’t afford to accept items which can’t be resold. Note: due to their fragile nature, chile pepper wreaths and ristras are always subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return.
- You must first request return shipping instructions by
contacting us. WE WILL REFUSE PACKAGES WE ARE
If your order arrives damaged:
We inspect each item carefully before packing, and we use UPS-approved packing
procedures. Therefore, if an item you ordered arrives damaged, it must be the
result of damage by UPS or USPS. (In our experience, the odds of a package being lost or damaged in shipment are less than 1 in 500.) Inspect the
condition of the items inside your shipment immediately upon receipt; if an
item is damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Print our
Loss/Damage Claim Form. Show the damaged container to your UPS or USPS
driver and have him or her sign the Loss/Damage Claim Form where indicated.
Take pictures of the damaged container and email them to us at the address on
the "Loss/Damage Claim Form." We'll promptly ship out a replacement item.
