Shipping Methods & Details

  • USA Standard (Ground)
    • 99% of orders ship within one business day from our Santa Fe, NM warehouse (zip code: 87507). If we receive your order for in-stock merchandise by 10 a.m. Mountain time Mon.-Fri., it should ship that day. If we believe there will be a delay in shipping any part of your order, we will send you an email message with the expected shipping date. We don t ship partial orders: Your entire order will be held until any backordered items are in stock, but never more than 30 days. NOTE: Some bulk orders [multiple quantities of the same item(s)] may experience delays to ship, depending on the item and the quantity ordered. See our Help section for more information about Bulk Orders and bulk order discounts.
    • Orders shipped using this method ship via UPS Ground or USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Parcel Post (our choice) to street addresses in the 48 contiguous US states, and USPS Parcel Post, First Class or Priority Mail (our choice) to all PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territory addresses. (Tip: Orders weighing less than 2 lbs. almost always ship by First Class or Priority Mail; if you must have UPS, please request it in the comments field of our order form.)
    • Please ship to a commercial (work) address. If you provide a residential address, be aware that the recipient may need to pick up the package at the nearest UPS facility if no one is home. In addition, because UPS charges us a $2.59 charge for residential deliveries, we may choose to ship your order by US Mail. If so, the recipient may need to pick up the package at the nearest post office
    • Shipping to miliatary addresses: We ship to Military APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (naval Fleet Post Office) addresses. If you select USA Standard (Ground) shipping, we will upgrade all APO/FPO packages to USPS Priority Mail (our expedited service) at no additional charge, so there's no reason to select the USA Expedited shipping method we describe below. When shipping to APO/FPO addresses: USA is the country; the recipient's unit number is the address; APO or FPO is the city; AA, AP or AE is the state; and the zip code is entered just like a standard domestic zip code. Please test the address on the National Address Server and use all 9 digits of the zip code, if given. If you need more information on how to ship to APOs/FPOs, please visit this Post Office page or this site. The Miliatary Post Office System has a hotline for questions about shipping to APOs/FPOs: 1-800-810-6098
    • Please verify the address and obtain the Zip+4 code for all shipments to US addresses using the National Address Server. Please note that UPS charges $11 to correct bad addresses or zip codes...if we are assessed this charge by UPS, we will pass it on to you after the fact, once we receive notice from UPS. 
    • If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, or if you refuse the order for any reason, we will deduct the outbound shipping charge, any return shipping charged to us, and a 25% restocking fee (50% for chile ristras and wreaths) from your refund. Sorry, but we are a tiny "mom 'n' pop" business which simply can't afford to pay for customer mistakes or carelessness.
    • Your order is not considered overdue until 10 business days have passed since it was shipped to an address in the continental US. Add an additional 5 business days for orders shipped during November & December. Add an additional 10 business days (20 during November & December) for orders to HI, AK, territory and APO/FPO addresses.
    • We will email you a UPS Tracking or USPS Delivery Confirmation number once the order has been shipped. To receive an email from the Post Office when a USPS package's status is updated, enter the Delivery Confirmation number on the Post Office web site, press GO and then choose "Track & Confirm by Email", or use the UPS Tracking Page, as appropriate.
    • You may cancel your order, without penalty, at any time prior to it shipping. Simply contact us by email. Please include your order number from the receipt that was emailed to you when you ordered. Note: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in compliance with our normal Return Policy.
    • If your order is lost or arrives damaged: Submit our Loss/Damage Claim Form and contact us. (Note: Fewer than 0.2% of our packages are lost each year. If your package doesn't arrive, be sure to ask your USPS letter carrier or UPS driver before contacting us...they almost always left it somewhere outside you didn't look or at a neighbor's. If they left you a notice, it might have blown away.)
       
  • USA Expedited (Air)
    • 99% of orders ship within one business day from our Santa Fe, NM warehouse (zip code: 87507). If we receive your order for in-stock merchandise by 10 a.m. Mountain time Mon.-Fri., it should ship that day. (If an item on your order is out of stock, we'll email you the expected ship date.) If we believe there will be a delay in shipping any part of your order, we will send you an email message with the expected shipping date.     • Orders shipped using this method ship via USPS Priority Mail.
    • You may select this shipping method to any US address, including PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territory.
    • Please verify the address and obtain the Zip+4 code for shipments to US addresses using the Post Office National Address Server. Your order may arrive faster. (Note: If your order is returned to us as undeliverable because you gave us a bad address, or if you refuse the order for any reason, we will deduct the outbound shipping charge, any return shipping charged to us, and a 25% restocking fee (50% for chile ristras and wreaths) from your refund.) Sorry, but we are a tiny "mom 'n' pop" business which simply can't afford to pay for customer mistakes or carelessness.
    • Please provide an address which is attended during the day, or the recipient may have to pick it up at the nearest Post Office during regular business hours.
    • This service takes 2-3 business days once it has been mailed to an address in the 48 contiguous states:
      • Time-in-transit is not guaranteed; use the Post Office Calculator to determine how long it is estimated to take to reach your address.
      • Your order is not considered overdue until 5 business days have passed since it was mailed (12 during November and December).
      • Add 5 days for HI, AK, and US territory addresses; 12 days for APO/FPO addresses
    • We will email you a USPS Delivery Confirmation number once the order has been shipped. To receive an email from the Post Office when a package's status is updated, enter the Delivery Confirmation number on the Post Office web site, press GO and then choose "Track & Confirm by Email". If you track the package on the Post Office web site before it has been delivered, it will likely state, "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later." However, even if you receive this message, we have shipped your order.
    • You may cancel your order, without penalty, at any time prior to it shipping. Simply contact us by email. Please include your order number from the receipt that was emailed to you when you ordered. Note: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in compliance with our normal Return Policy.
    • If your order is lost or arrives damaged: Submit our Loss/Damage Claim Form and contact us. (Note: Fewer than .02% of our packages are lost each year. If your package doesn't arrive, be sure to ask your USPS letter carrier or UPS driver before contacting us.)
       
  • Canada Standard (Ground)
    • Orders for which this method was selected ship by UPS Standard to Canada, exclusively.
    • Available to street addresses in the Canadian provinces of AB, BC, MB, NB, NF, NL, NS, ON, PE, QC, and SK. (Additional charges will apply to deliveries in remote post codes: Right-click here to download the list.)
    • This service normally takes 5-7 business days once it has been shipped. (If you need faster service, select "Intl. Expedited (Air)" below.) We will send you the UPS tracking number once the order ships. Your order is not considered overdue until 10 business days have passed since it was shipped.
    • UPS Canada charges fees to broker customs clearance for shipments arriving from the United States. UPS will collect this fee from you, plus GST and any other applicable duties/taxes, before releasing your shipment to you. To avoid this fee, select either the "Canada & Intl. Air Post" or "Intl. Expedited (Air)" shipping methods described below.
    • If your order is returned to us as undeliverable because you gave us a bad address, or if you refuse the order for any reason (including because you refuse to pay the UPS customs brokerage fee), we will deduct the outbound shipping charge, any return shipping charged to us, and a 25% restocking fee (50% for chile ristras and wreaths) from your refund.
    • You are responsible for paying any GST, customs brokerage fees, or other customs charges associated with your order. If, through no fault of our own, we are later billed any import-related taxes or fees that should have been paid by you, we reserve the right to bill your credit card for those taxes or fees at any time.
    • It is against U.S. Customs regulations for us to falsify the value of the order on the invoice included in your package or on the customs declaration.
       
  • Intl. Post (Air) (1.8Kg or Less)
    • IMPORTANT: This service is only available for shipments up to 1.8 Kg. (4 lbs.).
    • Although the package will be insured, the service IS NOT TRACKABLE! That means, once it leaves our warehouse, we cannot determine where it is located or when it will be delivered. If you need a trackable service, use "Intl. Expedited (Air)" below. 
    • Please note that your order will leave our warehouse within one business day, and leave the USA within three business days...further delays are almost always the result of delays by the postal service in the receiving country. For example, Canada Post is known for "sitting" on packages for up to two weeks before they deliver them. If your package is overdue, please request assistance from your local post office.

Use this Post Office Calculator to see an estimate of the delivery time to your country. The USPS is very efficient: Most packages shipped via this service leave the USA in 2 business days. If there is a delay, it is usually with the post offices in the receiving country. Your order is not considered overdue until 30 postal days have passed since it was mailed (45 postal days in November and December).
    • If your order is returned to us as undeliverable because you gave us a bad address or you refuse the order for any reason, we will deduct the outbound shipping charge, any return shipping charged to us, and a 25% restocking fee (50% for chile ristras and wreaths) from your refund.
    • You are responsible for paying any GST/VAT, duty, taxes, customs brokerage fees, or other import-related charges associated with your order.
    • It is against U.S. Customs regulations for us to falsify the value of the order on the invoice included in your package or on the customs declaration.
    • We reserve the right to require you to comply with additional security procedures, including: faxing us the order; providing an email address that is not a "free" account; faxing us photocopies of your credit card and government-issued photo identification card; providing us with the telephone and fax numbers of the bank which issued your credit card; etc. We will notify you if your order is subject to these procedures.
       
  • Intl. Express Post (Air)
