Orders
requesting "Standard (Ground)" shipping which are placed by 10am Mountain
time on "business" days ship that day from our Santa Fe, NM warehouse.
(Orders received after 10am Mountain time ship the next business
day.)
We ship "Standard
(Ground)" orders by our choice of UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or
USPS Priority Mail. We will send you a shipment tracking number that
will list which method we used; the transit times listed on the map
above are for UPS shipments.
Days shown on map are in business days, not calendar days, and
Day 1 is the day after shipping. (Business days don't include
weekends or federal holidays.)
UPS Example:
An order being shipped by UPS Ground to eastern Pennsylvania was placed at 1pm on a Thursday. The order
will ship on Friday, and Monday is Day 1 on the map (yellow area). The
gold-colored area is Day 2 (Tuesday), the green area is Day 3 (Wednesday),
the brown area is Day 4 (Thursday), and the package will be delivered in
the orange area on Day 5 (Friday).
USPS Mail
Shipments: Most orders are delivered 2 or 3 postal days after we mail
them, with Day 1 being the day after we mailed it. Example: And order was
placed at 1pm Friday. The order will ship on Monday. Day 1 is Tuesday, Day
2 is Wednesday, and the order should be delivered on Day 3, Thursday,
anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
