Green Chile Meatloaf with Red Chile Glaze

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
6 slices white bread
2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Santa Fe Seasons Six Seasoning Blend
salt and pepper
1/3 cup cilantro, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Bossy Gourmet Hatch Flame Roasted Green Chile
Red Chile Glaze
1 1/2 cups Santa Fe Seasons Red Chile Sauce
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small pan, heat red chile sauce and honey until simmering. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside.
Add the bread to a large bowl and pour the milk on top.
Soak for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and use your hands to combine.
Form the meat into a loaf and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Brush red chile glaze on top.
Bake 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with remaining red chile glaze and bake another 20 minutes, until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
