Our executive Chef Cristina Martinez discovered her passion for fine cuisine at an early age. As a Native New Mexican, she began cooking for her family’s church groups on weekends, which led to her opening her own catering company at eighteen years of age. Inspired by European, French, and Asian influences, Cristina honed her skills at Le Cordon Bleu in California, where she graduated with honors.

El Nido in Tuseque

Lambardy native, Executive Chef Cristian Pontiggia is the proud recipient of many awards. In addition to working at two Michelin Star awarded restaurants in Europe, he has received several awards for cooking and wine knowledge from the Chaine des Routisseurs. The Italian government recognizes him as a Master Chef and he holds a culinary degree that certifies him as a Doctor of Oenogastronomy. Chef Cristian is actively engaged in the Santa Fe community and volunteers as a Cooking With Kids Super Chef.

Originally from Mexico City, Chef Fernando Olea has been enthralling diners in Santa Fe since 1991 with his unique interpretation of contemporary and traditional Mexican dishes.  His menu is deliberately small, featuring fresh and locally sourced produce and meats when possible. Nothing evokes the mystery of Mexican cuisine more than mole, a regional dish from the heart of the country.

Coyote Cafe

Coyote Café has earned an international reputation for bringing innovative Southwestern cuisine to the international stage since 1987. Former Chef Eric DiStefano brought a fresh perspective to the Coyote Café. His signature Elk Tenderloin and Fiery Hot and Sweet Mexican White Prawns have become classics at the Coyote Café.

Geronimo Restaurant

Warm and inviting, the elegant "Borrego House" was built by Geronimo Lopez in 1756. Thick adobe walls, kiva fireplaces and wood beams surround. Geronimo is the recipient of the AAA Four Diamond and Mobil/Forbes 4 Star Awards.  We were voted "Top 100 Opentable Restaurants" in the country 2012 and 2013.  Former Executive Chef/Partner Eric DiStefano and Chef de Cusine Sllin Cruz created the "Global Eclectic" menu that changes seasonally.

Cafe Pasqual's

Cafe Pasqual's is named for the folk saint of Mexican and New Mexican kitchens and cooks, San Pasqual. Our historic pueblo-style adobe is located one block southwest of the plaza, in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Pasqual's is a small cafe by any standards, seating only fifty at a time, but each day the kitchen makes enormous quantities of food. We bake dozens of loaves of bread, churn gallons of ice cream, create chile sauces by the potful, hand-chop the ingredients for crocks of salsas, and perform countless other operations. We are devoted to food quality, and currently offer organic and naturally raised beef, pork, eggs, dairy, produce, sugars, flours, maple syrup, flavorings and spices!

La Boca

With the feel of a lively European wine bar, La Boca also features an extensive selection of carefully chosen mediterranean and South American wines. Knowledgeable and animated staff graciously guide customers to the perfect wine to complement their meals. La Boca has earned numerous awards both local and national, including the Santa Fe Reporter's "Restaurant of the Year," and the International Wine and Food Society's "Award of Excellence."
