Green Chile Creamed Corn

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile
3 strips, cooked and chopped
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add corn, garlic, salt and pepper and cook 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer. Add green chile and cook 3-4 minutes.
Stir in bacon, parmesan and parsley and serve.
