Our "Forever Guarantee"

If you're not satisfied with a purchase you made from our catalog, return it within 30 days for a full refund, or at anytime for an online store credit.

There are just 3 conditions to our Forever Guarantee:

Shipping charges are not refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping, unless the return is the result of our error.

• Sale items and orders of 10 or more of the exact same item are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
• The product you return must be in "as new," resalable condition. (If your item simply needs repair, most of our artists and craftspeople offer warranty and repair services. Contact Us for more information.) If you return an item in a condition that prevents us from reselling it as new, a 25% charge will apply…we're a very small company and can't afford to accept items which can't be resold. Note: due to their fragile nature, chile pepper wreaths and ristras are always subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return.
• You must first request return shipping instructions by contacting us. WE WILL REFUSE PACKAGES WE ARE NOT EXPECTING.

If your order arrives damaged 

If an item is damaged, please notify us immediately. We will do whatever it takes to make it right.  We pride ourselves on excellent customer service.  Welcome and thanks for being a Made in New Mexico customer!
